We accept most commercial insurances, Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare.

New Patients should only schedule as a New Patient appointment (just type New Patient - into the box instead of using the drop down) and NOT a Wellness or Physical appointment they will be scheduled during the establishment New Patient Visit. The last hour of every day is reserved for same day sick visits please do not schedule other appointment types.

We use a translating app if English is not your preferred language and currently have patients whose primary languages are English, Spanish and French. If your primary language is not listed - let us know so we can get our documents and forms translated to the language you are most comfortable with.

CPCA was established Spring of 2025 and owner Judith A Stambaugh FNP-BC; CRNP has over 40 years of healthcare experience. CPCA is a Primary Care Practice that Specializes with Families and focuses on Wellness, Chronic disease management and Obesity Medicine. We offer Same day Sick Visits along with Point of Care Testing so you know your results the day of your visit including: Rapid tests for Common Respiratory infections, Strep, Mono, Hgba1c, Pediatric Lead and Hemoglobin, Pregnancy, and Urinalysis just to mention a few. CPCA is privately owned so we can cut out the middle man -when you call you get this office not a call center!
